Room availability. You shouldn't have any problem
finding a room off season (peak season in our area is between late spring
and early autumn) even if you decide at the last minute. The only thing
is that we usually give away the best rooms on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Deposit. When you book a room we ask you
to send us a deposit of one half of the total amount due. We totally refund
this deposit if the reservation is cancelled or changed with a 30 days
minimum advanced notice, but we do not refund deposits if you decide not
to come or to make your stay shorter (for any reason you might have, such
as last minute obbligations or weather conditions, etc.) without giving
us a 30 days minimum advanced notice. If the reservation is for the entire
farm house, we require 8 weeks minimum advanced notice (the same as above
applies regarding deposit refund).
Balance. The full balance (based on you
reservation) will be charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival
at Priello. As a consequence, if your reservation is cancelled or changed
without
the 30 days minimum advanced notice (above mentioned), we will still charge
the full amount. Obviously no charge will be executed if you change or
cancel with the 30 days minimum advanced notice.
You have four options to send us the deposit

Write us a signed fax (+39-0575-788103), authorizing us to debit your Visa
or Mastercard (specifying card number and expiration date) for the
amount of the deposit and (subsequently) the full balance. You

Unpredictable cancellations. Due to unforeseen
breakages, emergencies, construction, etc. Priello B&B reserves the
right to cancel bookings at any time. Should this happen, any deposits
paid for reservations will be refunded in full immediately.
